
With Italian-born chef Andrea Congiusto helming the kitchen, this airy King Street eatery opened last fall with a focus on new Italian cuisine. The pappardelle in a braised oxtail ragu would impress any nonna, while the drink list offers riffs on classic cocktails, such as the vodka-based Amuse Me, a refined oyster shooter made with white balsamic, pepper, and prosecco.
