Chef-owner Kevin Johnson’s menu celebrates artisanal local producers year-round in a roomy, handsome Cannonborough space steps off of King Street. A menu conveniently categorized into produce, seafood, and meat includes an incredible perloo of Charleston Gold rice and field peas with clams, shrimp, and crispy fish. A house pickling program also highlights this chef’s culinary focus.
