Chef James London’s ever-changing menu is driven by the availability of the local catch. The raw bar and creative plates, such as smoked wahoo curry and chile garlic shrimp, are accompanied by a nightly whole fish offering with ginger and scallion. While seafood is the main story here, small plates like a delightful celery salad and the must-order charred lamb ribs with romesco also shine.
