Inspired by Italian street food, Le Farfalle owners Kaitlin and Michael Toscano opened this corner shop near MUSC in 2023. At lunchtime, patrons line up for heavenly house-made focaccia sandwiches stuffed with locally raised pork, beef cheek, mortadella, or marinated eggplant.

Early birds come in the morning for a slice of olive oil cake, a 24-Karat Muffin, or a breakfast sandwich like no other (think: sunny-side up egg, porchetta, crackling, provolone, and salsa verde).
