Chef-owner Sean Park’s fare rivals any fancy sushi joint. Aside from an excellent omakase and maki, Park offers perhaps the tastiest Korean dishes in town (get the savory seafood pancake and a side of the unparalleled kimchi). BYOB makes it a very affordable spot.
