 
			In December, The Pass chef-owner Anthony Marini introduced this reservation-only, restau- rant-within-restaurant concept to his Cannonborough-Elliotborough sandwich shop, offering a 12-seat family-style tasting menu Wednesday through Saturday nights. Grab a perch at the bar to watch a parade of prix-fixe plates be prepared, ranging from rotating antipasti and crudo to Marini’s famous panini imbottiti.
